  Fixed Assets: Use the Fixed Asset module to track and monitor the location of your companies fixed assets. Maintain depreciation data for individual assets. It tells you where the assets are as well as how much they are worth. Include images of your assets, track movements from one department to another. As an item number is scanned, the item description is displayed on the portable. Both the item number and location are automatically validated. User prompts include user ID, site, department, job, item (part) number, location and quantity. When data is uploaded from the portable, the Fixed Asset database is automatically updated.

 

  Stock Room: Manage consumable inventory and count physical stock easily. Track stock issued and received by employee, department or job number. 

  As an item number is scanned, the item description is displayed on the portable. Both the item number and location are automatically validated. User prompts include user ID, site, department, job, item (part) number, location and quantity. When data is uploaded from the portable, the Stock Room database is automatically updated.

 

  Inventory Tracking: Helps you store, track and manage your inventory. Can be used in together with the Shipping and receiving modules.

  As an item number is scanned, the item description is displayed on the portable. Both the item number and location are automatically validated. User prompts include user ID, site, department, job, item (part) number, location and quantity. When data is uploaded from the portable, the Inventory database is automatically updated.

 

  Shipping and Receiving: Modules help you with the tasks of receiving, put-away, picking and shipping your inventory. These two modules work with the Inventory module.

  As an order number is scanned or keyed in, the item number, location and quantity are validated against the order detail. User prompts include user ID, site, order, item (part) number, put-away or picking location and quantity. When data is uploaded from the portable, the Shipping and Receiving Database is automatically updated.

 

  Check In / Out Tracking: Helps you track and manage your stock and equipment. Keep physical inventories, managing perpetual inventories, track equipment checked out to employees or customers (e.g. tool or other rentals etc.). 

  Simply scan the employee badge and the check-out item and the system automatically handles the rest. User prompts include user ID, site, department, job, employee ID, item (part) number, item ID, location and quantity. When data is uploaded from the portable, the Check In / Out database is automatically updated.

 

  Tool Room Tracking: Helps you store, track and manage tools and supplies. Conduct routine physical inventories, manage a perpetual inventory and track tools checked out to employees or customers.

  Simply scan the employee badge and tool number and the system automatically handles the rest. User prompts include user ID, site, department, job, employee ID, item (part) number, tool ID, location and quantity. When data is uploaded from the portable, the Tool Room database is automatically updated.
         
 

Label Matrix is a versatile label design and printing program that will enable you to print barcodes, graphics and variable data like serial numbers. It can also print from various databases. It can also be run from external (custom) software by means of command line instructions.
